Chayce Beckham announced that he’ll be releasing his first solo single since winning American Idol last May. The song titled “Tell Me Twice” will be out on Friday March 25 to download and stream.

The singer announced the news on social media:

“What’s going on guys, good morning, Happy Monday,” Chayce addressed his fans in a video announcement. “I’m super excited today because I’m going to announce a new song that’s coming out on Friday.” He continued, “It’s called ‘Tell Me Twice.” Chayce further explained how the song came about, “My mom recommended that I write the song whenever I moved to town [Nashville]. So me and some people got together in the studio and made this song happen.”

Chayce promises there is more music to come. “I’m really excited it’s the first one of several songs we’re going to be releasing pretty soon. You guys can pre-save it…and give it a listen on Friday. I really appreciate you guys and your support. I love you guys.”

Since winning American Idol in 2021, the Apple Valley, California singer moved to Nashville to begin writing and recording his next record for BBR Records/19 Recordings. Last year, he released a duet with labelmate Lindsay Ell titled “Can’t Do Without Me.”

Earlier this month, Chayce teased a new single was coming soon, and announced that an EP would follow shortly. He has also dropped acoustic versions of songs he’s been working on such as “If I Had a Week with Nothing to Do.”

Next, Chayce will hit the road opening for fellow American Idol alum Jimmie Allen. Additionally, this fall he will open for Luke Combs on his Canadian tour. In between those dates Chayce will play solo dates and radio sponsored concerts. Check out his tour schedule HERE.

Chayce’s American Idol winners single “23,” produced by Ross Copperman, hit chart milestones and was the first self-penned coronation song in Idol history.
