On Tuesday (Dec 8) American Idol season 8 winner, Kris Allen, announced a spring tour to coincide with the release of his 4th studio album.

The “Letting You In” tour (possible album name?) kicks off in Birmingham AL on March 31, and winds up on June 4th in Chicago IL.
No release date yet for the new record. However, the singer has been keeping fans updated on the writing and recording process via social media.

Most recently, Kris joined fellow American Idol alums, Melinda Doolittle (S6), Devin Velez (S12), Rayvon Owen (S14) and Malaya Watson (S13) for a concert commemorating World Aids Day on December 1.
