I know many of you are waiting for me to post Spoilers. I’m working my usual angles, but without much success. All I can say is that I’ll do my best.
ETA: Hee. I think I’m being mizunderstood. Let me re-phrase. If there is anybody out there who is reading this, who has a tip about what the contestants are singing this week or any other gossip, click the little yellow envelope at the bottom of this post. That’s my email address. I’m very discreet with inside information…inside information is what I’m talking about and looking for people! I’ve gotten some pretty interesting emails in the past few hours. You guys crack me up. That’s what I get for not being clear.
It looks like I’ve been outed! Somebody in my comments section asked if I was male or female. Another commenter quickly found and posted the evidence (it’s all over my blog, I’m not trying to hide it). Yes, I am female. Thanks for asking! I’ve seen myself referred to as “he” in a bunch of places, and one commenter here even assumed, for some reason I still can’t figure out, that I’m a gay man! I was enjoying my new identity too much to correct it. But now you know.
Thanks to reader Lily for posting this article. Fox Reality TV will premier “American Idol Extra, ” which promises to reveal the “backstage drama of what really happens on ‘American Idol’ after the weekly vote-off show.” Or, in other words, another opportunity to manipulate the voting process. Heh.
The show premiers Thursday, March 16 at 6:30 pm and 10:30 pm EST, and will continue through to the finale. Also featured will be, “…visits with some of the past season’s finalists to get an update on their lives, comment and reaction on performances from celebrities and contestants let go earlier in the current season, as well as a look at some of the amazing production team that creates the excitement and tension of each ‘American Idol’ episode.” Whoopie! Too bad my cable doesn’t carry the Fox Reality Channel.
Sidenote: Season 4 runner up, Bo Bice, will be performing on this Thursday’s Results Show.
