The Voice’s Brynn Cartelli Drops “Convertible in the Rain” Video

Brynn Cartelli Convertible in the Rain Video

Singer-Songwriter Brynn Cartelli drops a new song, “Convertible in the Rain” alongside a video shot in a New England beach town.

The Voice season 14 winner writes to her fans: “Convertible in the Rain” is out now and I hope you love it as much as I do :,) I’m really proud of the video we shot in Rhode Island, a place so special to me and the story of this song. I’m celebrating the release at my hometown show in Boston tonight, it all feels very full circle. Gemini was a Massachusetts story, Girl Code a New York story… now I’m telling all the stories in between.

The singer-songwriter is currently on tour

The Longmeadow, Massachusetts native will perform at the Royale club in Boston on Friday (Nov. 4). The singer is on tour now through Friday December 2 where she’ll wind up her trek at the Mercury Lounge in New York City. For tickets, click HERE.

“‘Convertible in the Rain’ was written in retrospect, as many of my story-songs are…,” Brynn said in a press statement. “I had a clear mind about this night, about how much it meant to me, and how exhilarating it is to be young and in love. Playing this song on tour brings me back to my childhood in New England… and the production is heavily inspired by the songs I grew up listening to there. Once again, I am nervously exhilarated to be opening up my diary for everyone to hear.”

Currently the youngest winner of The Voice

Brynn’s recent releases include 2021 debut EP Based on a True Story, and 2022 singles “Gemini” and “Girl Code.”

At age 15, Brynn emerged as champ of The Voice season 14 in 2018 as a member of  Team Kelly Clarkson. Covers of songs such as “Beneath Your Beautiful,” “Unstoppable,” “Up to the Mountain” and more quickly made her a fan favorite.  She was, and still is, the youngest winner of the show.

“If I Could,” which is  co-penned with Ben Abraham (Demi Lovato, Sara Bareilles) has also amassed over 15M+ global streams to date. Brynn is currently getting ready to release her next project on Elektra Records.
