Alicia Keys serves as a guest mentor and performer, with a special group performance by judges Luke Bryan, Lionel Richie and Carrie Underwood. Carrie also performs alongside Mötley Crüe. Also, watch for additional performances by Brad Paisley, Blues Traveler and Gin Blossoms, Cameron Whitcomb, Clay Aiken, En Vogue, Jason Mraz, Lee Ann Womack, Luke Bryan, Nelly, Shinedown and Tori Kelly.

RANKING the American Idol 2026 Top 3
OK GUYS. It’s time to RANK the Top 3. No surprises here, just like last week went as expected, with the elimination of Chris Tungseth and Braden Rumfelt. I’ve ranked the Top 3–Keyla Richardson, Jordan McCullough and Hannah Harper–and the rankings are the same as last week.
At the end of the post VOTE for who YOU think WILL win American Idol and who SHOULD win American Idol. Later, we’ll post the results!
3. Keyla Richardson
Keyla has had a great run on the show, and she’ll undoubtedly shine once she hits the stage on the finale. But it’s crunch time. While she’s a dynamic vocalist and performer, she is outflanked by her fellow remaining contestants. Could she sneak into the Top 2? I just don’t see it.
2. Jordan McCullough
Jordan has delivered exciting and surprising performances week after week to American Idol audiences, culminating with his “A Song For You” showstopping duet with Elliott Yamin last week. He and Keyla both come out of the gospel/R&B lane. But Jordan edges her out with his outsized stage presence and inventive phrasing. Could he win the show? It’s possible. But Hannah Harper has been running away with this thing all season. Her social numbers are unbelievable.
1. Hannah Harper
I was scrolling through Instagram reels recently and dang if Hannah didn’t pop up in an ad for a microphone designed for social media users! She’s already kinda famous, people, and she has so far rode to the Top 3 with the help of an already established fan base. That, and the fact that she is a talented and polished country singer who resonates with conservative-type country fans. And well, it’s hard to imagine her not coming out victorious at the end of Monday’s finale.
