Rising Star Ratings Continue to Drop Teen Choice Stays Steady

How low can Rising Star ratings go? It lost 2/10 of a point vs last week’s numbers. Blame it on the Teen Choice Awards? The TCAs stayed even with last season, and scored barely higher.

On CBS, the PGA golf tournament delayed the primetime schedule by 2 hours. Big Brother preliminary numbers may not be final.
