A woman who has been stalking Kelly Clarkson for years has been arrested again outside of the American Idol alum’s home.
Huguette Nicole Young was arrested Wednesday night (Jan 25) outside Kelly’s San Fernando Valley home, TMZ reports. Kelly already got a temporary restraining order against her and a permanent one as well, but the woman has now violated the terms of the restraining orders 12 times.
Kelly’s security caught the woman wandering around her property and called 911. Police quickly arrived and arrested her.
Young shows up at Kelly’s House at exactly 8:59 pm every time
Young has repeatedly shown up at exactly 8:59 PM. So far there’s no explanation for the time or its significance. She’s had a decade-long history stalking Kelly. Here’s is where it becomes scary. Even when Kelly moves, the stalker trails her. It all started years ago when Kelly lived in Nashville. Young then followed Kelly to Los Angeles. She sometimes leaves unwanted gifts at the base of Kelly’s property.
Sources connected to Kelly tell TMZ that the singer is so concerned about the situation, that she will not allow her young children to step outside the gate at night.

According to TMZ, Kelly appeared by zoom earlier this month with her lawyer, Ed McPherson, for the hearing on the permanent restraining order, and told the judge about her fears.
Kelly obtained permanent restraining orders against two stalkers
Unfortunately, the hearing involved two stalkers, Young and Victor Fernandez. The latter pulled up to Kelly’s home in a semi-truck on Thanksgiving. He looked over her security gate and insisted he was there to see Kelly. Fernandez returned to the home on more than one occasion. He also took photos of a vehicle carrying her young children.
The judge issued a permanent restraining order against both, which prohibits them from making contact of any kind with Kelly or her kids and must stay at least 100 yards away.
