Darren Criss Pens Songs For Glee! LISTEN to “Rise” from Episode 10 (AUDIO)
This week’s all star guest cast includes Michael Bolton (Himself), Geraldo Rivera (Himself) and Carnie Wilson (Herself). Carol Burnett is back as Sue’s Nazi-hunting mom and sings a delightful rendition of “The Trolley Song” from Meet me In St. Louis with Jane.
The BIG surprise, however, in this week’s song list, is the FIRST EVER ORIGINAL SONG penned by a cast member! Darren Criss and a few of his friends, co-write “Rise,” which will be sung by New Directions (and maybe some others!) in the last act. Another Darren composition, “This Time,” will be featured in the finale and serve as Rachel’s last solo.
Will and Sue face off in “The Final Countdown.” And I guess we shouldn’t count out Vocal Adrenaline, as they sing “Far From Over.” Check out the the songs below.
