On Valentines Day American Idol alums and married couple Gabby Barrett and Cade Foehner revealed the first photos of their baby daughter, Baylah May, born late last month.
“3rd year spent w/ my husband, and first with our little cutie,” wrote Gabby alongside a photo of husband Cade cradling Baylah May. “Thank you @cadefoehner for giving me the greatest gift of all, motherhood. Mamas forever Valentines.”

Meanwhile, Cade posted his own photo of wife Gabby holding their precious baby. “Valentine’s/Lord’s Day to my darlin’ girls. It is a privilege beyond words to shepherd a home that has you two in it!,” Cade wrote on Instagram, “Thank you my dear Wife for filling our home with the aroma of heaven, for keeping warm meals ever before us and for bearing me a heritage to our name. If I lived a thousand life ages of this earth, I’d pick you every time, my precious woman. The Lord Jesus has placed a marvelous crown upon my head in you.”

The married couple announced in August that Gabby was pregnant with a girl. The two were married in October 2019 after falling in love as they competed on American Idol in 2018. Gabby finished the competition in 3rd place, while Cade left the competition in fourth place. Currently, Gabby is riding a wave off of her first major No 1 country crossover hit, “I Hope,” which has broken several chart records. Cade is the lead guitarist in Gabby’s band.
