The 4th annual Do The Wright Thing Gala takes place at the Hard Rock Cafe in New York City on Wednesday November 12 to benefit NY Met David Wright’s charitable foundation.
David Cook will be performing at this special event, and whether you plan to attend the Gala or not, you can donate to bid on a special item from the evening’s silent auction. Here are the deets:
The auction donation will be …from David Cook Word Nerds in honor of David.
If David Cook donates any items to the auction, we will bid on one of his items as opposed to anything else there. If we cannot win one of his items, we will try to win something else fun.
If and when we win an auction, we will have a raffle and award that “prize” to the Word Nerd whose name is drawn from a bag. We are trying to get David Cook or one of his bandmates to do it. We hope to broadcast the raffle live on Rickey cellcert.
Every $10 donated earns 1 raffle ticket.
