American Idol’s David Archuleta and The Voice’s Cassadee Pope to perform at the 2024 Rose Parade
American Idol season 7 runner-up David Archuleta and The Voice season 3 winner, Cassadee Pope–two fan-favorite singing show alums–will perform for the 2024 Rose Parade Spectacular. Michelle Williams and Rush Davis will also kick off the 135th Rose Parade, which takes place in Pasadena California.
The performers will take the stage alongside Honda’s float, “Keep Dreaming.” The parade typically airs on both ABC and NBC. Keep your eyes peeled on local listings to find out start times.

Recently, Out Magazine named David one of their Out 100 for 2023.
“Cassadee Pope, whose journey from punk rock roots to victory on The Voice” has forged her into a vocal powerhouse, enchants audiences with an emotive depth that permeates every note, paired with an undeniable stage magnetism.” Cassadee’s latest release is a pop/punk redo of her first post The Voice single, “Wasting All These Tears.”
Michelle Williams is a former member of the hit girl group, Destiny’s Child, while Rush Davis also performs R&B music.
Former American Idols who have performed for the Rose Parade
Many talent show alums have performed at the Rose Parade, including American Idol season 17 winner Laine Hardy in 2022. Grace Kinstler, American Idol season 19 second runner-up, debuted her single “Leo” at the 2023 Rose Parade. In 2020, American Idol 17 runner-up, Alejandro Aranda performed at the parade with Los Lobos.
