American Idol 2018 finalist Cade Foehner recently dropped a new single titled “Crown.” The aspirational hard rock tune is now available on download and streaming services.

Cade was the resident rocker on American Idol, impressing fans with his growly vocals and deft guitar skills. Shortly after the season wrapped, he dropped an official single “Breathe Out” on Hollywood Records. After touring with his fellow finalists on the American Idol Live tour, this past summer, Cade joined 2nd runner up Gabby Barrett and her band as support for country singer Chris Lane’s nationwide tour. Cade and Gabby began dating over the course of the Idol competition, which host Ryan Seacrest revealed on air.

The rocker shared his thoughts on the new song with Taste of Country, “What inspired me when we wrote this single was the fortitude that was there from the start,” Cade said. “No matter who you are, we are all running a race of sorts headed toward a goal. This song is an anthem to your race to get the crown.”
