The American Idol 2023 spoilers Showcase Round edition! The showcase round, which comes at the end of Hollywood Week, taped in front of a live audience on Sunday December 11. Here’s a list of 49 contestants which is reportedly from a Top 55 via (@IdolSpoilers on Twitter).

While there is only one American Idol returnee on the list so far (Kya Monee, Season 20) there are at least 7 from The Voice! Notably, Wé McDonald a standout finalist from season 11 and Samuel Harness from The Voice season 21. There is evan a Songland grad in there.

It’s worth noting that Avalon Young from American Idol season 15, who confirmed she auditioned, didn’t make the cut.

Additionally, an audience member contacted me to say there are FOUR platinum tickets, in addition to Elijah McCormick who won the American Music Awards fan vote. The two singers who competed against Elijah–Matt Wilson and Haven Madison–are also on the list.
