One Direction’s determination to win back support has been shown not only in their Manchester concerts but in how they have been singing the city’s praises.
In particular the band’s Niall Horan has been the group’s beating heart, spending as much time as he can with fans outside their central hotel in the city.
‘Manchester has been unreal last couple of nights, atmosphere, stadium, weather, all of it! Tonight is gonna be great too!,’ he tweeted ahead of the band’s Sunday night show to his 18.6 million followers.

Four years after seeing his son shoot to fame in The X Factor, Bobby says he is content where he is and doesn’t want to live ‘the high life’.
According to the Daily Mirror newspaper, the 20-year-old star reportedly made the generous offer to splash out on a new property for his dad – who split from Niall’s mother Maura in 1999 – but his offer was politely turned down.

Little did she know that her waters had broken at the start of the concert and her baby boy decided to make his entrance into the world right in the middle of the gig at the Stadium of Light in Sunderland.
