EXCLUSIVE ‘It’s not Zayn’s solo track’: Malik demo leaked by Naughty Boy was an ‘OLD song recorded for a One Direction album’
Naughty Boy infuriated One Direction fans on Tuesday by posting a recording of what has been widely reported as Zayn Malik’s first solo song.

The track I Won’t Mind was shared on (and swiftly removed from) SoundCloud by the producer but a source close to Zayn, 22, has exclusively told MailOnline that it is in fact an old song, which was recorded for but ultimately did not make it on to One Direction’s last album FOUR.

The insider explained: ‘It’s important fans know this isn’t a solo Zayn song or even representative of material he might record in the future. If you listen to the track it is clearly a song written with One Direction in mind for their last album. It’s not new, nor is it a Zayn Malik solo track.’

He won over the nation when he appeared on the X Factor in 2012.

But since coming second to James Arthur we haven’t really seen all too much of Jahmene Douglas.

That was until we happened to stumble across his picture on Twitter and were completely gobsmacked.

The 24-year-old looks completely different to the fresh faced youngster we saw on the X Factor.

For starters he is completely chiselled these days – secondly his hair is VERY trendy and thirdly his brows are on fleek (yes, we just wrote that).

Speaking to The Sun, Murs said that there is “no way” he could present the main show on his own without being compared to O’Leary.

“There’s no way I would even discuss doing the job on my own to replace Dermot,” he said. “Dermot is one of my best mates in the industry. He’s my showbiz brother. I would never do the job on my own and never try to be Dermot O’Leary.

“The only way I would even think or talk about it would be if Caroline was doing it with me, because me and Caroline were great together.
