Six milestones on the Mediabase Report this week.
Morgan Wallen achieves two milestones on his own this week. “Last Night” is already top 40 on Pop and top 30 on HAC – this week it becomes top 40 again in Country. His latest single “One Thing at a Time” also goes top 30 on Country. His album with the same name debuts at the top of the Billboard 200 with 501K in equivalent album sales (76% from streaming (there are 36 (thirty-six!) tracks) with 498.28M streams for 382K SEAS, 111.5K sales and 7.5K TEAs). His previous album “Dangerous: They Double Album” is sixth on the chart this week. That album spends its 110th non-consecutive week in the BB200 making it the second longest for any album spent in the top 10 of the BB200. “Dangerous” was also 6th last week and equivalent sales was 46K (down <1%). Morgan Wallen is from The Voice.
Two X-factor alumni also have milestones this week. Nial Horan from the UK mothership is now a coach on The Voice. His “Heaven” is now top 20 on HAC. Over on AC, Camila Cabello’s “Bam Bam” (featuring Ed Sheeran) is top 30 on AC. Camila is from the US version of the show.
Finally, we have Jax from Idol with two milestones on her own. “Cinderella Snapped” went for adds last week and this week, it goes top 40 on Pop and debuts on HAC.
