Tony Lucca Self Self Titled Album – Full Stream AUDIO

The Voice season 2 alum, Tony Lucca, is set to released his next album. Yahoo news has an exclusive stream of the self titled set.

A member of Team Adam Levine, Tony was at the center of controversy when his fellow Mickey Mouse Club cast member, coach Christina Aguilera, seemed to have it out for him. Maybe because another Micky Mouse alum, Justin Timberlake, was tweeting messages of support? Who knows. Things got pretty ugly, included reported backstage battles between Christina and Adam. Finally, during the finale, Christina apologized and all seemed to be forgiven.

After leaving the competition in 3rd place, Tony signed with Adam Levine’s 222 records. The singer only released an EP, With The Whole World Watching, before parting ways with the label.

This time around, fans funded his 8th full length album through the crowdfunding site Kickstarter. The campaign hit its $25,000 goal in less than 30 hours! That’s what over 15 years of amassing a fan base earns an artist! The album, entirely self-produced, is set to be released on January 27.

“I guess you could say this record sounds an awful lot like the rock ‘n’ roll records I fell in love with as a kid,” Tony told Yahoo Music, “Funny that after so many years of making records, I would somehow return to the sounds and style that turned me on in the first place. I’ve never had more fun making a record, and I think you can hear that, loud and clear.”
