The Voice Sundance Head Father Roy Head Out of Surgery After Ruptured Aorta

Musician Roy Head, father of The Voice 11 winner Sundance Head, is out of surgery after suffering a ruptured aorta. Sundance and his wife Misty kept fans updated on his condition throughout the day via Facebook. Mr. Head is currently in stable condition. Sundance promises to keep fans updated and thanks everyone for their prayers.

Roy Head, a lifelong musician, is best known for his 1965 hit “Treat Her Right.” Sundance and his coach, Blake Shelton, performed the song as a rockin’ duet on The Voice final performance episode a few weeks ago.
