The Voice season 22 Top 5 sang for America’s vote Monday night (Dec 12). Who SHOULD win The Voice? Who WILL win The Voice? Vote in our The Voice 2022 Polls Finale Top 5. (Read our Recap)

Bryce Leatherwood won’t necessarily win The Voice. But he’s going to come close. The generic male country singer doesn’t ALWAYS win. I’m thinking about season 10 where I believed wholeheartedly that Adam Wakefield from Team Blake would win the season…because country! But Alisan Porter from Team Christina Aguilera took the crown (and deservedly so!).

Bodie is still a wildcard. I wouldn’t be shocked if he won. He’s been the front-runner all season. But tonight he didn’t pull out the crowd pleasing performance until the end. While his Harry Styles cover was creative, it wasn’t singing show spectacular.

However, pulling out a religious song at the right time can’t be discounted. So who knows! Blake is clearing grooming Bryce to win the show. He’s been careful to cultivate Bryce as the perfect country singer THAT THE VOICE COUNTRY FANS WILL LOVE. And The Voice country fans are legion.

Bodie and Morgan are both more talented than Bryce. Bodie is more musical. He’s full of surprises. Morgan’s vocals can’t be denied. But tried and true often wins. Even Brayden, as a cute country youngin could pull off a surprise and finish higher than expected.

Nobody pulled out a favorite performance. Each singer has had better performances prior to the finale. I’m not a Christian music fan, but Bodie’s cover of “Gratitude” hit a perfect emotional tone, while his Harry Styles cover was audacious and creative. Morgan pulled off a beautiful and emotional cover of “Girl Crush. Bryce’s “T-R-0-U-B-L-E” was lots of fun.
