Girls dance is Bollywood by Nakul-judges loved it, they used a water gourd as a prop, lots of sassy moves and beautiful multi-colored two piece costumes
Guys dance is African by Jeff Paige-judges loved it, dance is very energetic, in traditional garb w/no shirts
Jeanine and Jason– Contemporary by Travis Walls to Jason Mraz ‘If It Kills Me’ is universally praised and adored, Debbie calls it dance of the season IIRC
Melissa and Brandon– Broadway by Tyce DiOrio to Age of Aquarius’, judges loved it, mix of Melissa’s ballet technique and Brandon’s athleticism
Randi and Kupono– Paso Doble by Tony Meredith and Melanie LaPatin, universally panned, Randi in a brown long wig, lots of lifts and sexy posturing
Kayla and Evan– Viennese Waltz to Seal’s ‘Kiss From A Rose’-Kayla is barefoot and Evan is in some serious Latin heels-they love Kayla and think Evan is clunky but strong in the lifts
Janette and Ade– Hip Hop by Napoleon and Tabitha to Love Sex and Magic- Ade is the Funk Doctor and Janette is the funkless wonder who gets hypnotized by the pick.
