That was a surprise! But a pleasant surprise, none the less. I lost ALL of my points in the pool, splitting them between Robert and Lauren. The judges got the top 3 they wanted–Kent, Lauren and Robert–so they must be very happy.
Tonight, one person goes home. The remaining 3 dancers will compete in next weeks finale…

Next–highlights from Saturday’s National Dance Day. Congressman Eleanor Holmes Norton declared the day in DC, with Nigel Lythgoe standing right next to her. Lots of clips of celebrators across the country.

Product placement! The Top 4 visit the Gatorade Performance Lab. They get hooked up to some fancy machines in order to prove to the world that they ARE athletes, Damnit! All-stars Twitch and Courtney were also along for the ride. The winner will be featured in a Gatorade print campaign. Have fun with that, Kent!

The rest of the contestants join Kent on stage, and he’s really confused! It’s results time Kent.
Cat reveals one of the Top 2, but in no particular order. The Top 2 were separated by only 2% of the vote. Lauren Froderman is the first to advance into the finale. Adam says he laid in bed last night and prayed that Lauren would make it. She’s “amazing” says Adam. “Baby, congratulations.” – VIDEO

Next finalist going to the finale is…Kent Boyd! SURPRISE!!!! Not. Either Robert or Adechike is going home. Nigel says there’s been only 1 and 2 percent between the contestants, so that it is NOT a sure thing. – VIDEO
Nigel says a lot of blah blah about Kent being “brilliant” last night and that he’s grown emotionally on the show.

Results…Adechike and Robert are center stage and….Robert Roldan is through to the finale! There go my points! But I’m glad! Robert looked REALLY surprised.
