Heidi Klum Harnesses a crew of Cirque du Soleil dancers to transforms into a colorful Peacock for Halloween
Every year fans anxiously await to find out what outrageous costume Heidi Klum has conjured up for her annual Halloween party. Last year, she dressed as a squiggly worm. This time, using a crew of Cirque du Soleil dancers to create the feathers, the America’s Got Talent judges debuted as a majestic Peacock. aka the NBC logo. Heh.
The party, which took place at the Marquee New York, featured a red carpet full of revelers including Becky G, Camilla Cabello,, H.E.R., Taylor Lautner, Rachel Zegler, Ice-T and Coco, Jack Brinkley Cook and more.

Heidi, dressed head to toe in a cobalt-blue bodysuit, sported an elaborate headpiece to complete the look. The crew piled on top of each other to approximate a beautiful bird spreading its colorful feathers. Watch the group take the red carpet below.
Heidi wanted to do a costume this year with “a bunch of people”
“I wanted to do a costume with many, many people. I wanted to have a bunch of people and we all become one thing. And for me, in my mind, that one thing was the peacock,” she told People magazine. Heidi shared that she flew to Montreal to figure out how to stack everyone. “My feet are a different pattern so my feet melt into his legs,” she said, explaining how their placement was important for the hues of her costume.
Heidi’s husband Tom Kaulitz dressed as a giant peacock egg.
“It’s not easy to come up with something that fits,” Kaulitz told Page Six Style. “So peacock, we thought, you know, egg could fit. Big egg!”
“We got really stuck on the egg [idea] immediately,” Klum added.
“I just didn’t want to do something similar,” Heidi shared. “I feel like I’ve done a lot of prosthetics from head to toe and I’ve done similar things, so I wanted to do something that people had not seen before and that was this for me.”
Heidi has hosted the Halloween party since 2000 and has sported iconic looks such as Lady Godiva, an elderly lady, butterfly, Jessica Rabbit, Fiona from Shrek, and more. See a gallery of costumes HERE.
