NBC 2023-24 lineup includes The Voice 24, and America’s Got Talent spinoff midseason
NBC debuts their fall schedule. The Voice returns for season 24, while a yet unnamed America’s Got Talent spinoff will debut in 2024. Last winter, NBC aired an 8 week “All Star” version of the show.
The Voice will air on Mondays and Tuesday. The coaches panel has not been named. Blake Shelton is leaving the show after 23 seasons, which opens up a “country” chair for the first time in the show’s history. Also, with Kelly Clarkson moving her afternoon talk show to New York City, her spot on the panel is up in the air. Typically, The Voice tapes the Blind Auditions for the fall cycle in the summer.
America’s Got Talent is returning to the NBC schedule midseason, but the network has not announced the format. The winter spinoff is usually some variation of an “all-star” format, except for winter 2021 when an “extreme” version featuring dangerous acts went terribly wrong.
Additionally, three new series are set to premiere in the fall – dramas The Irrational and Found, and multi-cam comedy Extended Family, all of which will stream next-day on Peacock along with the rest of NBC’s entertainment lineup.
