Monday Morning Mediabase Update: 11-17

This week’s milestones features our two most successful Idols having even more success and hitting top 10.

Carrie Underwood and her duet partner, Brad Paisley, have at long last broken through the Country logjam. “Remind Me” has reached top 10 in the format.

Meanwhile, Kelly’s duet with Jason Alden has also reached top 10. This time on the HAC chart. “Don’t You Wanna Stay” is currently top 10 on two charts (HAC and AC) and had previously reached number 1 on the Country chart.

Both songs are helping to power sales of the albums (which were put out by their duet partners) and downloads.

This week, David Cook’s “The Last Goodbye” goes for adds on AC.
