Billboard has the exclusive premiere of “Lottery” the new song from Michelle Chamuel. The singer, as a member of Team Usher, came in second on season 4 of the singing competition, The Voice.
The Northampton MA native has been touring across the country promoting her music ahead of the release of her next record, Face the Fire, due out on February 10.
The singer recorded the album for three weeks this past winter, with collaborators and University of Michigan pals,Tyler Duncan and Theo Katzman.
Michelle told Billboard, “At its core, ‘Lottery’ is about the bittersweet thrill of taking a chance on love and the desperation of knowing the odds are against you.”
