The Voice Season 12 Recap – Final Four Performance Videos
Lauren co-wrote the song with Cody Tarpley and Daniel Doron Henig. The singer says the emotional song is very personal, and her favorite that she’s written since moving to Nashville. “Let me be the first to congratulate you on writing your first No. 1 song,” her coach Blake said after the performance, “I don’t know if we’ve ever heard an artist come out here and sing a song that was that beautiful, that perfect,” he said. And indeed. The tune immediately shot up to No. 1 on iTunes. I think we have a winner. Join us tomorrow night (Tuesday May 24) when The Voice season 12 winner is revealed.
