Kelly Clarkson’s “Cry” to Be Performed on Glee?

Kelly Clarkson’s musical director/producer/co-writer, Jason Halbert  dropped a hint tonight on twitter about the Kelly Clarkson song Lea Michele might be singing on Glee.

Jason teased, “I’m so excited about this upcoming Glee episode I could just Cry.”

Lea tweeted a message to Kelly on Friday, “@kelly_clarkson you are such an incredible singer. Had the honor of recording one of your songs today.. It wasn’t easy but so fun!!!”

Could the song be Kelly’s song “Cry” from her 2009 album All I Ever Wanted?  If so, I wonder how it will fit into the Glee storyline. Hm.

Production began on Episode 18 on Friday, according to tweets from Lea. No details yet on the storyline!

Glee Spoilers: Episode 15 – Big Brother
Glee Spoilers: Episode 16 – Saturday Night Glee-ver

Glee is on hiatus on until April 10, but it looks like they have 3 episodes in the can–one that features Blaine’s (Darren Criss) big brother–played by White Collar’s Matt Bomer. A Saturday Night Fever tribute, and a homage to the late Whitney Houston.
