Taylor Swift tops both the sales and BB200 chart this week by tens of thousands.She outsells the number two album by 27K and out sells/downloads/streams number 2 by 21K. Meghan has a good third week dropping only 19% in sales in a week that normally sees a drop in the 25% range. Ne-Yo has the top debut of the week with 43K in sales, but falls to 6th on the combined charts with only about 7K in TEAs/SEAs. Ed Sheeran and Mark Ronson are doing well with TEAs/SEAs in the 40K range helping to move up the chart.
One Direction has the top selling reality singing competition album of the week doing 10K in straight sales and 20K in combined. Carrie Underwood has the 31st best selling album and is 26th on the combined chart. There are some reality singing competition judges in there too (the usual suspects), but they already get enough promo from being on the show.
X-Factor’s Fifth Harmony released an album this week and we should get one day predictions later today.
