David Cook’s appearance on last week’s American Idol results show gave his album, David Cook, a huge boost. His sales more than doubled–from 7K last week to 25K this week and it moved 58 spots on the Billboard 200–from #78 to #20.
David returned to the Idol stage for the first time since last year’s Idol finale to perform his latest single, “Come Back to Me” and to accept a platinum award for the album David Cook. Total sales for the record are 1.07M.
