Jennifer Hudson sued by NYC photographer for allegedly stealing photo – Fernando Ramales snapped the “Dreamgirls” star wearing an iridescent pink blazer and thigh-high stilettos, according to a lawsuit filed Wednesday in Manhattan federal court. A news site bought the image and ran a story Dec. 21, 2019. A few days later, the same photograph was posted on Hudson’s Instagram page with the watermark scrubbed, next to the caption, “Me walking out of 2019 into 2020 like ….just as grateful as I can be ! Thank u Lord for all you’ve done for me ! I hope u all find your joy in the new year !” The post, which has garnered 31,965 likes, remains on the site. Official: Musical Version of SMASH is Being Adapted for Broadway – SMASH is setting its sights on Broadway with a creative dream team and an official title of SMASH, A New Musical. The news was announced today by Steven Spielberg, Robert Greenblatt and Neil Meron who will serve as lead producers. They are developing a live stage adaptation inspired by the NBC series of the same name on which they all worked together. Heidi Klum Details Emergency Exit from AGT After Falling Ill — and Why She ‘Couldn’t Tell Anyone’ – Klum, who ultimately tested negative for the coronavirus, tells PEOPLE that it took a “really long time” before she was able to learn her diagnosis. “If you reverse back in time, you knew that there was something, but we were filming every day with people and an audience. There was no social distancing, no one knew too much about this,” she recalls of filming before stay-at-home guidelines were implemented. “When I fell ill, it was on March 10. I was experiencing fever and sore throat, so I told production and immediately the medic did my vitals and said, ‘Yes, you have a fever,’ and then I was dismissed,” Klum says. “When you are sick and it’s not getting better, you think, ‘Yeah, I might have that thing because I couldn’t get a test,’ ” she says. “Then once I did get tested, it took weeks to get [the results] back, which obviously is normal because there were so many people doing the same thing.
