American Idol contestant serving free meals in Kalamazoo – A former American Idol contestant and Western Michigan University grad is hosting a free community dinner in Kalamazoo. Matt Giraud will be serving meals, taking selfies, and signing autographs at the Douglass Community Association meal site from 4:30 until 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. While the Big Machine companies may well indeed be valued at the aforementioned price tag, industry insiders speculate it’s higher and Billboard’s math shows it might range as high as $600 million.
