Big Machine Label CEO Scott Borchetta in ‘Stable Condition’ After Taking ‘Big Hit’ During Racecar Accident – Scott Borchetta remains “in stable condition” after crashing during Sunday’s Trans AM2 Series in Georgia. The music executive’s accident occurred after his No. 48 race car went off course during the 24th lap of Sunday’s event, explained the motorsport site tobychristie.com, during a high-breaking turn on the track. “I can tell you [Scott] is OK. He is conscious, and he’s been talking to his team, but he is on his way to the hospital,” commentators announced after the incident, per tobychristie.com. “It was a big hit, but I am glad to say he is now in good care and being taken to the hospital. Seven Returning ‘Idol’ Stars Talk Mentoring Season 21’s Contestants – Hollywood Week takes a new twist this Sunday (April 2) when seven American Idol finalists from past seasons return to mentor the season 21 contestants during what is famously a grueling and challenging period. Ryan Seacrest and sober Katy Perry celebrate at ‘Idol’ cast party – The “American Idol” host served drinks from behind the bar at private cast party for the show in the East Village. But we hear Katy Perry skipped the booze. Seacrest, Perry and judges Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie have been on a press tour promoting the new season, and they all celebrated at Mister Paradise on Avenue A. We’re told Seacrest started bartending, whipping up the bar’s “Miami Vice” cocktail as soon as he got there. “They took a bartending class. They were there for hours.
