HOLY CRAP! On Monday, Chris Colfer and Darren Criss filmed “Got To Get You Into My Life” as a duet at the location where they shoot McKinley high courtyard scenes. There are photos and videos that reveal a duet that is fun, flirty AND THEY KISS AT THE END! THAT’S RIGHT A KLAINE KISS.
This, during a performance of “Got to Get You Into My Life,” just one of 8 songs featured in the premiere, the first part of a Beatles tribute titled “Love Love Love” (a line from the song, “All You Need is Love.”). The episode will air on FOX September 26.
The entire episode appears to be very Kurt/Blaine centric. Last week, there was a shoot in Pasadena at the Dalton location, and onlookers reported Blaine singing “All You Need Is Love” to Kurt. Reportedly, the Warblers, New Directions, Vocal Adrenaline and The Deaf Choir ALL perform on the song. Speculation was that Blaine finally proposes to Kurt in this scene, as he was ready to do at the end of the season 4 finale. BUT, Burt brings Kurt to Dalton as part of the surprise, and we all know how against the proposal Papa Hummel was. The second part of the Beatles tribute is called “Tina in the Sky with Diamonds” and is rumored (actually, you can bet on this. I have MY sources) to be the Prom episode. So, perhaps the Dalton sing along was an elaborate Prom Proposal? Hm.
Anyway! I AM SO OFF TOPIC. At this week’s location shoot, there was a bus sitting on the curb next to the school that had a “New York City Transit” logo on it, like a city bus. During the scene, Kurt and Blaine had what looked to be a romantic picnic lunch on the school steps. After, when they broke out “Got to Get You Into My Life”, they danced on picnic tables, to the tune of the McKinley marching band. There were extras playing students sitting at the tables. The performance ended with a BIG kiss, the two standing on top of one of the tables. Via kissedmequiteinsane
