Glee Season 5 Songs Spoilers 5×19
Glee star, Chris Colfer, wrote the penultimate episode of the musical comedy, airing this Tuesday. It’s the first time a cast member has penned an episode. The theme involves two of Chris’s favorite things: dogs and the elderly. What a combo, eh?
The songs, a mix of 80s hits, and Broadway thrown in for good measure, were all chosen by Chris. measure.
In “Old Dog, New Tricks,” Santana (Naya Rivera) helps Rachel (Lea Michele) do damage after her reputation takes a hit. Kurt (Chris Colfer) volunteers to star in a production of “Peter Pan” put on by some elderly Broadway vets living in a retirement home. And, in order to appear more responsible to Mercedes (Amber Riley), Sam (Chord Overstreet) adopts a dog, but things don’t go so well.
