Fifth Harmony announced their NEW single “Sledgehammer” during a live chat on Thursday night (Oct 23).

Simon Cowell plucked Lauren Jauregui, Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane, Camila Cabello and Normani Kordei out of a group of eliminated contestants to form Fifth Harmony during the second season of the American X Factor. So far, they are the most successful act to come off of the ill fated show.
The group will perform the New Kids on the Block hit, “The Right Stuff” on next week’s MTV series Faking It (starring American Idol alum, Katie Stevens). They’re also set to perform at the MTV European Music Awards broadcasting from Glasgow Scotland on November 9, and are nominated in the North American category.
