Kelly Clarkson is back with a career-reviving new album and plenty of attitude – My mom was single for a portion of my life, so I always had a mom that worked really hard, I understood that at a young age. I didn’t feel abandoned. I knew she had to work, she had to pay our bills, and it was important to her. I’m not the mom with a ton of guilt about that. I have a pretty good balance, I feel, like, super blessed in that area. I don’t feel like I have to really give up anything, because we have a super great support system, and two nannies that help us out when I literally can’t be there because I’m onstage. My husband manages me, so normally if I’m working, he’s working. – Read more at Chicago Tribune

Kelly Clarkson Talks New Talk Show And More – And being a part of The Voice, it sounds super cheesy but it’s a really cool pay it forward moment for me. Actually, she and her family are at our house with us in Nashville right now and she’s working in Nashville writing and producing some stuff. It’s just really cool too. [It’s] almost like having kids, you know you get to experience things through their eyes again like you get to experience things that you totally take for granted. Like simple things like how beautiful fireworks are, roller coasters, you know simple things and it’s so cool to almost get to see that through Brynn’s eyes and Chevel (Shepherd’s) eyes again too, just the experience of it. – Read more at Forbes.com
