There were some issues with the Billboard site this morning, so no charts today.
Billboard announced the new inductees into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and they include Dire Straits, The Moody Blues, Bon Jovi, The Cars, Nina Simone and Rosetta Thorpe. Bon Jovi night on Idol in Season 6 remains one of my favourite theme nights. I initially thought it was a bad pick for the group, but Bon Jovi’s music was more flexible than I thought and the Idols were very creative. Some of the hardest theme nights on Idol created the greatest surprises – pushing people to be creative and get out of their box.
Billboard also published their Critic’s Picks for the Best Albums of 2017:

Besides having his album labelled the 10th best of the year, Harry also closed out the year by hosting the Late Late Show with just two hours notice – James Corden was at the hospital with his wife and their new baby. Singer, songwriter, actor, tv host – is there anything this guy can’t do?
