More and more reality show alums are using crowdfunding to continue their musical journeys, including Blake Lewis (Idol s6), Haley Reinhart (Idol s10), Didi Benami (Idol s9), Will Champlin (Voice s5), Megan Joy (Idol s8) and more.

Crystal released her debut album, Farmer’s Daughter in 2010, post Idol, on Jive/RCA/19R. She signed with Sanachie Records after splitting with RCA to release her second LP in 2013, All That For This.

Good luck to Crystal on her endeavor. I’ll be pledging. How about you?
