Carrie Underwood blogged to her fans at her fanclub that she’s got 20 songs that she absolutely loves in the can. There was one song the band needed to sound loose on, so they plied them with margaritas!

Kellie Pickler revealed in a twitter party with her fans yesterday that she’ll be shooting the video for her single “Tough” in two weeks. And, her next album is set to come out in October.

Twitter reports suggest that Carrie Underwood and Tony Bennett are filming their duet for the CBS season premiere of Blue Bloods today. The duo recorded “It Had to Be You” for Bennett’s upcoming duets album, to be released in September. Bennett tweets a photo of him and Carrie on the set today.

Tommy Boy and Black Hole Recordings present a set of hot remixes to American Idol’s Blake Lewis new single. “Till We See the Sun” is the follow up single to his # 1 Billboard Club Chart topper “Heartbreak on Vinyl.” Download the EP at Beatport.com. Judge backs Lopez over home video row with ex

LOS ANGELES — A US appeal court sided with superstar Jennifer Lopez in a privacy dispute with her ex-husband over the use of the former couple’s home videos.
