
Carrie Underwood’s 2022 CMT Music Awards performance took place in Las Vegas from the stage of the Resorts World Theatre where she is currently starring in her live show, REFLECTION: THE LAS VEGAS RESIDENCY.
The performance of her new single “Ghost Story” featured the American Idol season 4 winner suspended from the ceiling on silks. “Ghost Story” is the lead single from Carrie’s upcoming album Denim & Rhinestones, which drops June 10.

Back in Nashville, Carrie and Jason Aldean won two CMT Awards for Video of the Year and Collaborative Video for their hit duet “If I Didn’t Love You.”
“Thank you fans, this belongs to you,” Carrie said onstage as she held her award. “We already thanked everybody who worked on the video… This is all about the fans, thank you! Thank you, CMT!”
