America’s Got Talent: The Osso Brothers surprise the judges with unexpected hand balancing strength.

Vsevolod and Yoslav Osso, 19 and 14 respectively, are brothers originally from Kazakhstan but now live in Beaumont, California. The two hit the America’s Got Talent stage for the last week of season 20 auditions. Vsevolod dreams of bringing his specific acrobatic sport, hand balancing, to the Olympics.

The Osso Brothers may be some of the youngest hand balancers to ever perform on AGT. The two are not as muscle-bound as most acts of that type. And, they are dressed in street clothes as they perform! Nevertheless, the duo pull off risky tricks that involve the older sibling tossing around his younger brother. He’s in danger!

Mel B calls the act shocking and unexpected. She notes the level of trust between the brothers. “We love each other,” Vsevolod remarks. Howie Mandel says, “What you are doing is amazing,” adding “We see people who are balancers and strength acts all the time, but we’ve never seen it with young people.”

“I love it,” gushes Sofia Vergara. “You guys are siblings. Everything was flawless and it was nerve wracking. It was amazing.”

Simon Cowell compares the Osso Brothers two little caterpillars who turned into butterflies”

Simon Cowell compares them to “two little caterpillars who turned into butterflies,” adding “You were like two regular brothers, cute, nice, and then that. That was hard, seriously seriously hard.”

All four judges give The Osso Brothers a yes. That means the act has a shot at making the Top 44 competing in the upcoming AGT live shows. The performance will air on the final America’s Got Talent audition episode Tuesday, August 5. At the end of the episode the Top 44 acts will be revealed.

America’s Got Talent airs Tuesday at 8 pm ET/PT on NBC streaming on Peacock next day.
