America’s Got Talent 2025: B Unique Crew freaked out the judges so much Howie Mandel wanted another Golden Buzzer
America’s Got Talent season 20 wraps up auditions Tuesday night (Aug 5) with several acts, including B Unique Crew from India. It’s time to catch a few more auditions before the AGT Top 44 acts are announced at the end of the show.
Don’t mix up B. Unique Crew with the Unreal crew, even though Unique member G2 was once a member of the latter group which earned Howie Mandel’s second Golden Buzzer. Unfortunately ALL the Golden Buzzers have been handed out. Too bad, so sad B. Unique.
What’s more, after G2 left Unreal (maybe not an amicable parting?) he started B Unique. While Unreal features precise and synchronized dance moves, Unique uses technology in their act–a digital screen which the members seemingly step into and out of. Like Unreal, Unique employs bone crushing contortion. One dancer can swivel his head like something out of The Exorcist.
The audience chants “Golden Buzzer, Golden Buzzer”
The act also incorporates magic, as one member seems to pull the head off a fellow dancer who moves around the stage “headless.” A freaked out Sofia Vergara jumps out of her seat. By the end of the jaw-dropping routine, the audience are on their feet. GOLDEN BUZZER GOLDEN BUZZER the crowd chants. Howie wants to press it.
Sofia calls them one of the best acts of the season. Mel B. agrees, “It was unique. That timing you have to have on point. You could all dance. It was perfect.”

Howie argues with the producers. He wants another Golden Buzzer. They say no. The audience says YES. However, big boss Simon Cowell jumps in to pour cold water all over that idea. “I think it was good. However I just think at the moment it felt a little bit too small.” The audience begins booing. He adds, “I do think, on a live show, with bigger production, this could be incredible.”
Oh well, B. Unique Crew will have to make do with 4 yeses and a shot to make the Top 44. I bet they do, and the show sets up a big rivalry between Unreal and Unique. Make sure to stick around until the end of the show to find out who made the America’s Got Talent season 20 Live Shows cut.
America’s Got Talent airs Tuesday on NBC at 8 pm ET/PT, streaming on Peacock next day.
