Cam Bertrand calls himself “Cam the Comic” on social media. The comedian from Tampa, Florida is looking to spread his wings with an audition on the America’s Got Talent stage.
Before Cam launches into his routine, judge Heidi Klum remarks that his thick southern accent doesn’t sound very Floridian. Cam explains that his accent is all over the place due to “public school.” Maybe his video package explains what he means by that? Finally, he admits to being “weird” to which Heidi responds “welcome to the club.”

An 8 year comedy veteran, Cam explains how he watched Howie Mandel on TV as a kid, which inspired him to become a comic. “I stayed up far far past my bedtime,” he explained.
Cam’s routine is about how his baby face gets him carded when he tries to buy booze, despite being in his late 20s. And despite attempting to purchase wine, in which no self-respecting teenager would have the slightest interest in buying. Howie, Heidi, Simon Cowell and Sofia Vergara are all laughing. But you’ll have to wait until Tuesday’s episode to find out if Cam gets 4 yeses from the judges (He probably does!).
