America’s Got Talent 2021 aired the first of two weeks of semifinals last night (Read our Recap). Tonight, out of 11 acts, only FIVE will move on to the September 14 & 15 FINALE. But TWO of those acts will be saved via the Instant save. THREE acts will be declared safe, while the 4th, 5th and 6th place finishers will vie for the final two spots. America will save one act, the judges will save another.

You voted in last night’s poll for your favorite performance, and also predicted who would leave the competition. Here are YOUR results, and my prediction.
It’s a pretty safe bet that Golden Buzzers World Taekwondo Demonstration Team and Jamie Herrod will advance to the finale. Also, young hoop artist Aiden Bryant has proven himself to be a fan favorite. He really stepped it up this week, so he’s probably a lock as well.
But those last two spots? Hm. Madilyn Bailey and Michael Winslow advanced to the semifinals via the instant save, so I’m going to rule them out. Korean Soul also had to be saved, plus my ears still hurt from their off-key singing. So it’s a no for the soulful singing quartet. And Wildcard Beyond Belief Dance Company, I feel safe to say have NO chance at the finale.
That leaves Dustin Tavella, Peter Rosalita, and Gina Brillon. The judges have pushed for all three to advance. And their fates may be left up to the Instant-Save tonight.
My Prediction:
World Taekwondo Demonstration Team, Aiden Bryant, Jimmie Herrod, Dustin Tavella and Peter Rosalita will advance to the finale. Gina Brillon’s lowkey comedy stylings will just miss the mark.
