American Idol ratings in the 18-49 demo were dwarfed by the Academy of Country Music Awards over on CBS. The ABC show lost 2/10ths of a point versus last Sunday, while the ACMs stayed steady with last year’s numbers.
The Academy of Country Music Awards carried CBS to a ratings win Sunday with numbers that compare well to the 2017 ceremony. “American Idol” (1.3) was off two tenths of a point week to week opposite the ACM Awards.
