Last month singer-songwriter Catie Turner released her single “One Day” on Atlantic Records. Now, the American Idol 2018 finalist has followed up with the official companion video for the track. Check out the sweet and touching video for “One Day” below.
“I loved working with Christina [Director Christina Xing],” Catie shared. “Her idea of placing my love interest in a bubble, representing how difficult dating is during a pandemic. I also thought it was a way to show how sometimes we hide our own emotions in our own bubble, and should be more expressive and vulnerable without a fear of popping our own bubble. But mostly I just thought it would be fun to run around in.”

Catie first began writing songs and playing guitar in her hometown of Langhorne, PA, music providing her a means to cope with the social anxiety and myriad pressures placed upon a young woman in high school. The 20-year-old artist captured national attention in 2018 as one of the standout stars of ABC’s American Idol.
According to a press statement, Catie will be releasing even more music soon.
