American Idol ratings fell 1/10th of a point vs last week’s preliminary ratings. Last week, it rose 1/10th of a percent in the finals. The winners for the night were The Big Bang Theory, Grey’s Anatomy and Life in Pieces. Although, Big Bang scored a season low last night.
Notably, Wednesday’s The Voice clip show earned higher ratings than American Idol did last night, although, comparing a competition reality at the beginning of its season with one at its end is a bit apples and oranges. Historically, The Voice ratings fall steadily throughout the season just as Idol’s does.
