I’m hearing that the Wednesday March 12 American Idol episode will ALSO be pre taped, and will include wildcard performances.
The filming will take place on the morning of Tuesday March 10. It’s a combination results/wildcard show. So, those of you who are disappointed by tonight’s results, take heart! Your favorite–whether it be Savion Wright, Riley Bria, Trevor Douglas or Michael Simeone still has a chance! The rest of the eliminees, including the 4 girls who are eliminated tomorrow and the two next week as part of the Top 12 reveal, will also be part of the mix.
I’m still trying to pin down details on how it will work exactly, but here’s what we know so far:
Tuesday March 10 – Taping to take place in Hollywood. Audience due at the studio 10:30am PST: Combination Top 12 reveal with Wildcard performances
Wednesday March 11 – Taped show will air on FOX!
Thursday March 12. – The first TRULY LIVE show will air on FOX in front of a live audience at 8et/5pt. The Top 12/13 (maybe) will perform. There will also be ONE elimination.
