  1. I am at the show, getting ready to go I a meet and greet. I am so excited!!

  2. jenipop, don’t pop anything while you’re in there, heh heh!

  3. It seems to be sold out on ticketmaster but there are plenty of tickets still available at alternative ticket sellers.

Scalpers probably didn’t count on an added show at the Tabernacle and grabbed whatever Symphony Hall tickets they could. I hope those scum suckers have to eat them!

  4. Thanks all. I am about to pop now. LOL.
I am on Twitter and YT as cookiefan09.

  5. So tuesdays just seem to be bad or RL interuptions….being called away I will be back later not sure when :(

  6. Hi guys! My New Orleans adventure is over. My flight back home leaves in a couple of hours. I wanna thank all the mj’ers that were so nice to me and made me feel so welcome. Adam Lambert blew me away. Concert was unforgettable. I would definitely travel again to see him. ;)

  7. Oh, jenipop, have fun! Give him a kiss from all of us, lol.

Glad you guys are enjoying my recap. I’m sorry to create such a huge post. Probably should have done it in a two parter.

I do want to acknowledge my partner in crime, Goatie, and the fun we had sandwiching that total hottie. Those were just awesome videos. I had no idea that you video’d the entire concert! As anybody who has met Goatie knows, she’s a doll and a total Adamaholic. Great fun.

My daughter just told me that right after LP’s solo Tommy looked toward him and said “poop,” lol. Guess he was worried about how to follow that amazing solo.

  8. I am soooo sad….I was supposed to go to this concert but due to illness, I had to send my wonderful son-in-law and daughter in my place! Will he ever forgive me!!!!???LOL They are keeping me posted on facebook….so far they say all they see are *glitzy* grammas….oh dear….he NEVER will forgive me! *sigh*

  9. AFL in ATL!!! Have a great time, everyone! @Pixie Baker, sorry you couldn’t be there; hope you’re feeling better soon.

    @jenipop Have the Best Time!!

  10. Soberba, it was wonderful to meet you. What a delight you are!

  11. Hi AdamisgodXXX. So nice to have met you in NOLA! Your daughter is so cute too. Loved your re-cap. Wish someone would have taken a pic of the “sandwich”.

The one person I did not meet was Soberba from Brazil. Hope she had a great time.

Any review out of NOLA or did I miss it?

  12. I would have been here sooner, but I was reading AdamisGodxxx’s recap all this time. If you talk like you type, no wonder you got laryngitis.

Seriously, glad you had a good time. That was so nice for your daughter. She must have been thrilled!

  13. AdamisgodXXX and Goatie:

LOL Trey is my son-the hottie. So glad to meet both of you. I luved your recap of him and just showed it to him. He was so embarrassed but all smiley too. I posted here for a long time but became a lurker later!! Enjoyed meeting Cher too. It was the best show of the three I have attended. You guys were fabulous!!

  14. oooh alaadam…Sorry I didn’t get to meet you too. Seems like I know everyone already from mj’s.

  15. Not sure Luval. There were so many it was hard to keep up with twitter names, etc. Were you close to Cher, Soberba (met them on bourb. st) or Adamisgodxxx or Goatie?? NOLA was the best!!

  16. Hi everyone, finally back home from my awesome trip back home to NOLA and the Adam concert. Here are some of my pictures from NOLA that I’ve just quickly thrown on Photobucket http://bit.ly/cfhJhb I will be adding more tonight and tomorrow.

The crowd was amazingly energized but very respectful and well behaved at the same time.

Others have gone into detail about the concert so I won’t repeat. In my opinion from seeing him sing live at various places in the last couple of years this was the absolute best vocals to date. Stunningly awesome. Absolutely an amazing concert. The band and Adam were so into the spirit of NOLA. I loved the Voodoo Stick that a lady made for him who sat near Cher and he came out for Voodoo carrying it! It was perfect for the song, his costume and the night! I sat dead center with two wonderful people, one being ewyflyer and Suz526 who provided amazing concert vids and uploaded then all while standing and dancing at the table the management of OZ provided for her! I also wandered across the street and for a minute observed the madness surrounding Adam’s private M&G.

Many thanks to Cher and her friend Debbie for allowing me to be their roomie for the first 2 nights there and for my friend Suz526 to joining me for Sunday night! I was so happy to meet Ceddies, Cher, Soberba, dsp, luval and so many others that I had not had a chance to meet yet. There was so much to do and see since I had been gone for 22 years that I didn’t have the time to meet more MJers. With my RL kicking my butt and getting everything ready for my upcoming move out of CA I will be much closer so many cities for the next tour that I hope to meet many more MJers.

I would also like to add that this was the best I have heard Allie sing also! She was in the spirit of NOLA too!

All in all it was a great weekend and I look forward to sharing this experience with more MJers on the next tour.

  17. alaadam,

Met most peeps at the pre show dinner. I did not have tickets next to anyone I knew. I was in row H seat 7, three rows behind Drake and 3 rows in front of the 3 guys Adam called up to the stage! Goatie and I stayed at the same hotel. Most others were at the Inn on Bourbon. But I think I’ve seen you at other shows. I was at WB, Foxwoods, Upper Darby, Albany and Peoria also. Were you at any of those?

  18. Awwww Jenipop!!!

I’m afraid to ask but is there a DH for tonight?

  19. I’ve been a lurker here for ages and now seeing how great all the concerts have been (especially the NOLA concert – woo hoo!), it has me totally ramped up for the Florida concerts. I’m attending all 3 there. I’ve watched all the videos since the tour started and just can’t believe that the US tour is almost over (sad face- really really sad face) but now my time is here!!! Somehow though it’s really a bittersweet feeling.

  20. baebae: If you talk like you type, no wonder you got laryngitis.

Smarta**. I’ll have you know I’m very quiet in person. However, when Adam is singing, I just can’t help myself and let ‘er rip. Hell, Trey and I were singing a duet for most of the concert. That guy is seriously hot (sorry alaadam).

Alaadam, I’m so glad you posted so I could remember your screen name. I tried to come up with it, but in my current frame of mind, which is sketchy even on a good day, it would not float to the top. Let me repeat what I told you on Sunday, you raised a very, very, nice boy, and I certainly appreciate your good humor (and his) in allowing me to flail all over him. It was certainly a joy to meet both of you! I thought you two were going to the Atlanta concert, no?

  21. jenipop: You might be in heaven, but you can’t be dying. You need to live so you can tell us all the details later. You sound so excited and happy – somehow it makes me happy too. Enjoy it all.

  22. AlliAsAlways So adam lambert just hugged me twice, rubbed my back twice, leaned his head against mine, called me sweetie or dear five times, and 9 minutes ago via txt

  23. AdamisGodXXX now that you are back, I can bold your name again!! haha. So glad you had fun!

    For you AdamisGodXXX LOL

Awww, thanks. Too bad I didn’t see you out or I would have flailed with him on the dance floor! I think he had a good time with all that lady love he was getting, hehe.

floridagirl: So glad you came out of lurkdom. Don’t be a stranger. I know you must be so very excited for your concerts. I know what you mean about that bittersweet feeling, they’ll be here and gone before we know it. :(

  25. Hey, thanks Ashley. Hopefully baebae’s eyes are starting to sear. Let’s keep it up and finished the job, lol.

  30. Early show tonight. I didn’t realize we were back on Eastern time.

I’d appreciate it if you’d get the pin out of the doll’s backside. Can’t even sit for a decent meal.

One more bolded name, Ashley, and I go for the other arm.

  33. lol She may have a doll, but she hasn’t my technique. How’s your left arm feeling there, Ashley?

My right arm is the one with a huge bruise on it! lol
At least my left arm will match now. hahaha

  36. AdamisGodXXX, thanks! And thanks for your terrific recap. It was truly an amazing night for you and the others from MJ’s. I really enjoy reading all of these recaps. Can’t get enough when it comes to Adam!

I will keep that in mind before I decide to bold anything!

  41. Oksana,
    Thanks,
I got the link…wasn’t sure if I should post it for others.

  42. omg, dead silence during the break in Soaked- you could hear a pin drop! Just gorgeous!

  43. OMG -looks like the ATL crowd got the memo about keeping quiet during Soaked!

  44. Lorismile hooked me up a couple of days ago, but thanks anyway I guess.

I am not listening to it but, just reading that gave me cold chills.
When just the IDEA of someones performance gives you chills…that’s saying something.

  50. Love to see that Can’t wait to see suz’s vid of it!

And maybe if we grovel a bit Smeggs will grace us with an mp3!!!

No problem, it is above this post. Thanks a bunch!

  55. Thanks everyone. We should form a DH call tree like they did when my son was in grade school! You guys are great.

  56. In one of Suz vids the other night you could hear a couple of people chatting all through Soaked- really p*ssed me off! I’d rather hear screams than people sitting around chatting!!

  57. You guys can not just say “uh oh” lol
You know I jump to conclusions!

  58. Does anyone have a theory on why they should care about someone doing “this”? It isn’t like the quality is something that could be offerred for sale on the open market or that someone wouldn’t buy a ticket because they know there is another wonderful alternative. If anything it adds to the excitement surrounding the performance. Anyone want to venture an opinion?

  59. I was looking into another usual suspect, but she’s not doing anything tonite.. :-(

Are you just figuring this out?

I was too nice to say anything before. :) I’m not AdamisGodXXX.

  61. Maybe not busted?

when it says ‘removed due to copyright infringement” you can bet she was busted.
    : (

Adam helped Tommy put on a black boa from a fan. Presh.

    Doing 20 cb

  63. I agree with you, Adamized. It does generate interest in the shows. I don’t think our discussing it jeopardized her either, because nothing we posted gave her away. If the venues want to bust streamers, they will be on the lookout. Sad, but true…

  64. I don’t think our discussing it jeopardized her either, because nothing we posted gave her away.

They have their ways. Discussing it gives them more reason to look. IMO.

  65. My kids at the concert tonight say he is an amazing performer…..they are having the best time……(and they are in their 30’s!) Evidently tonight’s concert is a great one…..wonderful for Adam…..sads for me *sigh*

  66. baebae, our point is why do they care is somebody is streaming??? At this point of concert tour it’s not going to change anything.

Tracie312 Tommy kept the $60 boa..lmao,,we r tryin to get it back.

    Oh, that’s funny.

Tommy gets a gift he likes! A win for him…It’s Rock n Roll baby!
This is funny, because think of all the gifts Adam receives.
    It’s really a beautiful boa!

  68. The boa thing is hilarious – if you wanted to keep it, erm, why did you throw it up on stage?

  69. Tommy took the boa he used for TCB in NOLA back to the people who gave it to him immediately after the song.

  70. We are going to get two sets of vids: One from Suz , another from Libracats..

  71. when it says ‘removed due to copyright infringement” you can bet she was busted.

I had nothing to do with it tonight! I swear it wasn’t me.

    LOL

  72. I quoted HB because she didn’t say “busted” she said she lost her 3G. I know it’s semantics, but I was hoping it meant no signal.

  73. I don’t think our discussing it jeopardized her either, because nothing we posted gave her away. If the venues want to bust streamers, they will be on the lookout. Sad, but true…

I don’t think it’s the venues. I think it’s ustream website itself. That’s my guess anyway.

    Oh, that’s funny. :D

You know what’s also funny? – well to me anyway. :-)
I mentioned to a business friend that I would be in Seattle next week to see her and would be attending a concert while I was there. Combining business and pleasure! She asked me what concert? So I told her that I was going to the Adam Lambert -GlamNation Tour at the Puyallup Fair. She thought that my response was hilarious. :-( I told her I was being serious.
Not sure what she found funny – the fact that I was going to see Adam Lambert or that Adam was playing at a country fair! I’ll go with the latter! ;-) Can’t wait!

  80. anyone going tomorrow night? I’ve got tickets but I can’t make up my mind.

You should go. It’s Longineau’s last concert.

I would not mind him keeping it but, I would love having something that he wore on stage!

  82. I just realized that I’m gonna miss the Glee season 2 premiere for the Puyallup show next week. But it’s totally worth it!

(I’m almost as much of a Gleek as I am a Glambert.) :)

  83. Adam was playing at a country fair! I’ll go with the latter! Can’t wait!

I like the fact, though, that you’re giving her the benefit of the doubt and going with the country fair story. You’re a good guy!

  86. wizardesslyn I wanna be a gay man RIGHT FUCKIN NOW!!!

Well, it was all discussed by emails so the nuances of conversations sometimes get lost – kind of like on blogs ;-) I did ask why but she never responded. I think she was embarrassed when she realized I was being serious – (for a change). Her comment didn’t ruffle my glittery feathers. She’s my excuse for traveling there for the concert. Otherwise I would be at home in front of the computer like usual frantically searching for dh’s. ;-)

Wear that t-shirt to the concert! You know, you might try dragging her along to the concert and watch the flailing begin. Nothing like a convert!

Glad you enjoyed the recap. I cannot believe how good all these guys are to their fans. They stand outside for hours signing autographs and taking pictures and they do it all with great patience and humor. My daughter is over the moon with the attention she received. I hope they have an idea of how much it all means to their fans.

  100. Yea! new Euro dates added, Helsinki, Finland 11/6, Oslo, Norway 11/8, Copenhagen,Denmark 11/10, and check this out Paris, France 11/18 and Milan, Italy 11/22 – would love to be in Paris and Milan for Adam, once he was asked what venue in the world would he like to perform at – and he said the Opera House in Paris – wonder where it will actually be –
been lurking from afar, down with summer, kid cold crap – no fun, so, I deprived myself for about a week and waited for NOLA – worth the wait – so refreshing, and Adam’s hair is back – yea! though I love it anyway he does it – but, he looked spectacular Sunday night, and all the little x-tras – yummy! Okay, I did peek abit, and checked out comments – can’t be without a little something

Oh good! Maybe security will be after her like last time and we’ll get the singing GB again.

Please say you’re kidding. Again? This happened before? I’m sorry but that’s disgusting.

I must have missed this one!

  103. I hope that Adam will not perform barefoot in these Scandinavian countries in November. It’s rather cold..He is Cali child, always dressed in 3 layers of clothing when other peeps are half naked because of heat…

AL Lurker,if I may ask, how old is she?

I believe early 30’s and very well traveled too. By that I mean she has traveled around the world. ;-)
I think her comment was just because it is unusual for an old guy like me to be going to concerts. If you would have told me that I would be doing this a year ago, I would have laughed too! It’s so out of character – at least for the character I used to be. I like the new me better!

  105. Please say you’re kidding. Again? This happened before? I’m sorry but that’s disgusting.

    clearone….i love your consistancy!

I can’t believe how many dates he has internationally.

And…I am off to bed. Long day at work today! Will check the vids in the AM

Security told her to put her camera away so she did – in her hand bag and then snuck the camera out again after they moved away. She couldn’t see what she was recording so basically shot Adam from the waist down. Adam is talented but not that talented! ;-)

  107. I’m happy to see an Adam thread tonight. Well all the Adam threads….

  108. AL Lurker, her reaction could’ve been similar to my nieces, when I told them that I will disinherit them if they get me Susan Boyle for Xmas. So they asked me what I want and I said Lady Gaga or Pink.
    They said..”are you serious??”
And what did I get? Fucking Taylor Swift…wrrrrr

  109. She couldn’t see what she was recording so basically shot Adam from the waist down

Then why post it? That’s just totally crude. Shakes head.

  110. Did you all realized that tonight was THE FIRST time when “Soaked” was sang in total silence?????

I don’t think our discussing it jeopardized her either, because nothing we posted gave her away. If the venues want to bust streamers, they will be on the lookout. Sad, but true…

I don’t think it’s the venues. I think it’s ustream website itself. That’s my guess anyway.

Lorismile you are right, it’s not the venue, Ustream is shutting down the streamers’ accounts fairly quickly after the concert is in progress. Obviously someone is getting info at Ustream very quickly.

  112. Security told her to put her camera away so she did – in her hand bag and then snuck the camera out again after they moved away. She couldn’t see what she was recording so basically shot Adam from the waist down. Adam is talented but not that talented!

OMG……What did you say? How do you smile and say thank-you for a T Swift gift?

  114. Had to pop back in to see some videos. That’s got to be my favourite Fever. He changed it up a bit, some new moves!

Then why post it? That’s just totally crude. Shakes head.

It’s only crude if you make it that way, Clearone. Otherwise it’s just good fun.

  115. OMG……What did you say? How do you smile and say thank-you for a T Swift gift?

woozasam,I asked them if they have receipt so it could be exchanged. Didn’t I tell them what I want? I did.

  116. Hope this isn’t too long!
My 8 yo had not stopped planning her next trip since Houston, but she has perfect attendance so the show needed to be less than 8 hours away, so we could drive back overnight. NOLA should have been 6. We bought 3rd row tickets at 1, packed our Houston outfits, grabbed the camera (forgot last time!)and some snacks and took off. We stopped for gas and glow sticks after 1 hour. There was a wreck with stop & go traffic from Orange to somewhere in Louisiana, then a rainstorm. I discovered I left my credit card at home, I never bought a Louisiana map, the camera was broken, the glitter spray did not work and we had to change into our outfits in that traffic, because I knew we’d be late. I drove close to 90 mph but we still didn’t hit NOLA till 830, then I missed a turn, then another and circled around and around with no map. All the crying didn’t help! Forget the stub hub price, I hoped at least to find fans heading back on I10. We asked directions at Family Dollar-gosh it’s not fun to jump out in full glam and run in a store when you think you won’t even see the show.
Finally we found it-hey we didn’t pay to park-saw the buses running in-the policemen saw the glitter and pointed our way. At the door the ticket lady unlocked and dragged us in and gave us the amazing news that we had missed only 10 minutes of Adam. She wasn’t quite accurate-We could hear WWFM in the bathroom-(no stops last 6 hours) Here’s a question-if you are late to a show, should you wait to be seated? Would you? The usher took us down the left first at the end of WWFM, and then over to the center, causing us to be standing in the aisle during Soaked. I took advantage to watch with no obstruction, but I felt rude and inappropriate for the mood of that song. When I apologized to my aisle, they just wanted to express how moved they were by the song-so hopefully everyone else was hypnotized-if not I apologize! Security wasn’t around so daughter stood in the seat-fell through the back once and a sweet lady behind us caught her and helped her back up. She jumped right back up-“I’m NOT sitting, Mom!” She reads MJ’s, too and said “pink lipstick! We missed a kiss!” He definitely was friskier than in Houston, making it absolutely worth it to drive so far for 1/3 the show. I had a drink at Houston, but here I had missed intermission-but I felt high and dizzy off the endorphins.
I tried to ask around for MJrs, but daughter was hyped up for the buses. We ran that way, since we knew from coming in, and there weren’t many people…..yet. DD had left her poster and pin card in the car in the hurry to get in, so all she had was crumpled up printer paper tickets. There had to be many casual fans there, because they would say there goes a guitar player or is that the drummer. I asked two ladies on the fence if they would help her get an autograph and they said only if he actually starts signing-they said it would be a dangerous crush and she shouldn’t be on the barricade. I stayed close and when Adam came out they pulled her up and guarded her and she did get it!!!!! There was a crush, then. Someone stepped on my foot, and it was a lot of work to push back, and the lady with DD was yelling don’t hurt the little girl up here. Different from Houston. So grateful to those two!
We started back, stopped at Waffle House (daughter “HE TOUCHED MY HAND”, swoon, repeat)then she slept while I drove 6 hours. She slept two more hours and went to school. I thought I had slept on my pillow funny, then realized the lines were from smiling all the way home. I kept thinking the trip would have been an insane idea, except for actually getting an autograph this time-LOL-that made it look totally reasonable. I’m so glad I didn’t turn back or give up!

  117. Al Lurker
I’m so glad to hear that someone else has “turned over a new leaf”. For years I’ve tried to get interested in music again. During the 70 and 80’s music was so much a part of my life. I owned a roller rink and bought more music than I want to admit to. From that time til Adam it was a total drought. I refuse to listen to anyone who can’t sing. And rap and hip hop just don’t cut it. My kids just laugh at the turn around I’ve made since AI 8. Glad I’m not alone. Age has absolutely nothing to do with enjoyment of music, being an all out fan, and wanting to dance!

  118. I was out earlier this evening shopping for a frame for my photo with Adam from the m&g. If any of you live near a Hobby Lobby they have the perfect frame. There’s a rhinestone “a” attached to the bottom. The sad part is this store does not have an online method of ordering.

  119. for anyone that is still debating going to the Puyallup concert because of the seating:

My Seattle friend just called. She is on her way home from “Doing the Puyallup” (which I guess is kind of their fair slogan). So, she check out the grandstands. Said that it is hugh but that great views from every seat. And everyone she talked to that has seen shows there say it is a great venue.

  120. Oksana2000, Good for you! I probably would have said thanks and then been a bitch the rest of the night. HA, a T Swift CD. Can’t even imagine.
    Best soaked ever!!!!!

  121. Wow Bedlamb! What an adventure you and your daughter had. Bless your hearts – if Adam had any idea of the hoops some of us fans jump through to see him, he’d be amazed :).

…I left my credit card at home, I never bought a Louisiana map, the camera was broken, the glitter spray did not work…

haha! We can overcome many obstacles, but clogged glitter spray is just too much! Know you and your daughter had a great time – and she got an autograph!

  122. Bedlamb: What a perfect screen name to describe your trip. So many things went wrong, but then everything went right. Congratulations to your daughter. Great memories and boy, are you a trouper to do a turn around like that.

Regarding your mid-song entry, I think it’s appropriate to wait in the door until the song is over, then move down the aisle to your seat.

    Thanks for sharing!

  123. Then why post it? That’s just totally crude. Shakes head.

Crude? How is it crude? A lady did her best to video tape for everyone. Circumstances beyond her control made it funny as hell. It’s called fun. I rather enjoyed watching his boots move around. :)

  124. It’s not my favourite Soaked, but that complete silence was something.
Aislinn, did you see? No smile. I think he was disappointed. :D

  125. Bedlamb, so glad you got there in time to see Adam, and that your little girl got to meet Adam at the busses! I’m sure it’s an experience she’ll never forget!

I told one of my nieces that I had gone to Adam’s concert in Vancouver. She was glad that I enjoyed myself. She knows that I am not a typical uncle. She did say that she knew him and would download some music to see if she liked more of his music. So there is hope for her yet.

Oh, I’ve never stopped enjoying music. I just never had a reason to want to go to see someone in concert. And I’ve never stopped dancing either – no kids to stifle the moves – just an odd glance or two from the pets. Thankfully, I work from home so don’t have to endure the typical commuter music . We’ve set up a home music network with music of all sorts – from classical to pop to musicals to international to instrumental and even Adam pops up every now and then too.

Your guess seems right. UStream is taking down concert live streams as soon as they ID them and not just of Adam Lambert concerts. Although Adam seems to be on their search list.

  137. Just got a chance to listen to Soaked from tonight. Wow it’s just the way I always wanted to hear it sung. It brought tears. So now I’ve heard it without fans screaming and I heard it with fireworks! Without the fans screaming is by far my favorite. Thanks so much to Suz256 for the treat!

  138. bedlamb, your trip sounded like something that any lesser person would have just given up and limped back home. It’s good to hear that you didn’t turn back.
When your daughter is older, she probably won’t remember much of her first few weeks of school but I bet will remember the time that she went with her mom to see Adam in New Orleans. It sounds like a perfect script for a “looking back” movie!

  139. Hi,y’all! In Atlanta with Froggie – and noskerdycat is in our hotel and has vids of everything. Looks like you’ve seen suz’ so you know that Adam was so playful and happy tonight! The audience was respectful but totally gave him the love he wanted, and he gave it back. It was fun sex, not hot sex, if that makes sense.
I just skimmed your posts and sorry I missed this evening (except that I’m not really, but only because of where I am LOL). Amazing acoustics in Symphony hall, of course – Adam’s voice was unbelievable here.
Need to go to bed now to be ready for Tabernacle concert tomorrow – I understand that noskerdycat and suz will both be videoing. I’ll do a recap when I get home. There were a lot of interesting little quirks to the evening. Weird that the glam nation is going to trundle down the road about 2 miles for tomorrow’s concert in the same city. Two very different concert venues! It will be fun to compare the two for you.
Brain fried in the glitter. G’nite!

  140. Aww, isn’t he pretty? as Adam would say. Nice job, weelassie.

Here’s an incredible photo, but tread carefully, it comes with an “R” rating! Perhaps this was the playful and happy Adam that kradamour mentioned above! Can’t wait for your recap/s.

    G’nite all.

  144. Goodnight kradamour & Froggie. So nice meeting you both along with a few others we danced and partied with tonight. I’m not going to the Tabernacle, so I look forward to the comparisons. I think tomorrow night will have more hot sex than fun sex. Adam seems to feed off the heated energy that presents itself from a crowded floor that is standing only. But damn, did he give us some sexy fun tonight! :) More tomorrow!

  147. Silence during Soaked?! Excuse me, I think I have something in my eye……

Whoever is putting the compilation DVD together, please remember Atlanta Soaked :)

    Is tonight Longineau’s last night?

  148. Okay, I’m disappointed. Why did Adam start wearing some black undergarment of some kind under the shirt he changes into for Fever? I want to let my fantasies run wild that he got his navel pierced and he wants to cover it up until it is healed? But something tells me that is not the reason. Oh, Adam, take it off please. You are so gorgeous no matter what, but that little bit of flesh that peeks out during your body rolls on Fever is so freaking HOT. Love the low rider effect of your lace up pants with that shirt. Listen, if it ain’t broke, don’t break it BB, Take it off!!!!!

LP streaming from a bar in Atlanta

It will be interesting to see how Isaac fits in with the band.

I would like to have seen that. Who streams at 2 in the morning?? :)
So was anything gleaned from the stream?

  153. It will be interesting to see how Isaac fits in with the band.

Isaac with his…”I haven’t talked to anyone in the organization about what I’m supposed to wear…..I will play shirtless and my body is okay” and then “I kinda like Streetwalker a lot”….LMAO

Tommy and his “disease free…” LOL

    Ohhhh that was funny!

  154. OMG….Soaked. I cried when he sang it in Albany. I would have bawled like a baby if I heard his sing it in Atlanta.

  155. Tommy and his “disease free…” LOL

    I just watched that. hahaha.
Someone really needs to do streams like that when LP is gone!
    That was soooo funny.

I am going to miss LP but, I have always liked Yellowcard I just never knew any members. I hope their new stuff is good. I am sure it will be.

  156. i know it’s really late to comment but i just need to say this ”OMG his Arms”..i haven’t been here for just a couple of days, then when i started watching the vids,THAT was the first thing i noticed.
i kinda like his little dance in MA too,it’s like Lambert’s version of Moonwalk :)
& oh about the total silence in Soaked?..God,that was so beautiful.
thanks for the vids again Suz & Smeggs for the thread :)

  157. I am going to miss LP but, I have always liked Yellowcard I just never knew any members. I hope their new stuff is good. I am sure it will be.

    I know, I know, it’s difficult!

  160. AdamisGodXXX, no. I am failing miserably. haha
You can’t expect me not to comment on a “disease free Tommy” hahaha
Tonight is LP’s last show, I have to see that. Then, the next show is Issac’s first show, I have to see how that goes. I guess I will work on staying away during the international shows even though, I do need to see if he changes anything up for them. See I have a excuse for everything :D haha

ETA: Ouch, I bolded your name and my right arm starts hurting! She was quick this time ;) haha

  161. Am I the only one who noticed Adam’s hand trembling on Soaked, right when he starts raising it for the acapella part.

It’s nothing I’m sure. He’s probably not aware he did it, but it fits the dramatic nature of the song so well.

  162. Holy Crap! I copied the “R” rated pic posted by AdamisGodXXX. When it popped up on my 24″ monitor (at work)…well let’s just say “Holy Toledo!” I think the sizing of the pic is so big that when it transferred to my computer, I have quite a treat staring back at me.

Damn. First row seats should definately come with a warning label. Safety first and all. If that zipper blows, there’s going to be injuries.

Are we still signing up for jobs? I’ll pass out the safety glam glasses to the front row during the International leg. Hell, better go first two rows…better safe than sorry. :)

  168. Rodney Ho’s blog review is very good. But, here’s another warning – stay away from the comments. The hate is still alive and well.

Shush, you. You’re breaking into my ecstatic enjoyment of the song the way it should be experienced. *Sigh* perfect, just perfect – he really got into the theatricality of it all the way through, totally in the moment.
Bet he was grinning once the lights went down, baebae – you just can’t see him in the dark. ;)

  170. Ok guys more ustream drama.

Apparently the people that send out the stream info have heard from someone involved in Adam’s tour that there are some people posting their emails to have the info mailed to them are not fans but people who are just trying to get the info to shut them down.

I have been asked to inform you guys of this and ask you not share any stream info you receive. Via email. Because the people who normally stream are. Now refusing to because the info can not be kept safe.

So glad to read your comments regarding this dance move. I love those few steps. In fact, a while back, my 12 year old noticed it and liked it too. She said, “That’s so cool! People are going to copy (or follow?) him.”

  172. *sigh* I am sooo tired of being the bad guy sorry guys

You are so not the bad guy Smeggs. You’re one of his Adam’s best fans! We appreciate everything you do in running these threads for us.

Common sense will tell you that’s what happened – the email to a scorned or non-fan. I can’t believe they needed someone associated with Adam’s tour to tell them that.

Oh well…I guess we wait for videos from now on. :-)

  173. I have only watched maybe 3 DH’s all summer.
They are amazing and, I am glad a lot of people got to enjoy them but, to me they were just too big of a tease. lol

Between the Shhleepwalker, freezing pictures and, the fact that my computer would always freeze right before all the “good” parts…it was just better for me to wait on videos :)

I did love reading all of your comments about them though…I will miss that for sure! haha.

Reese: OMG a 24? monitor? And you opened it at work? Was that the deafening THUD sound we heard earlier? LOLOL! The question now is, did you minimize it immediately or were you frozen in disbelief?

I manage a medium sized business, and I’m the ONLY one here–always. So lucky me I have Adam on my monitors (actually have two 24″ side-by-side) ALL THE TIME. I pick out a dozen or so pics of him each morning, and then that’s my desktop rotation all day long.

So actually I guess it was a DOUBLE THUD you heard.
(So sorry not sure if I know how to do the pretty quotes in gray highlights thingy.)

  175. I guess I must’ve “froze in disbelief” because I didn’t even answer that question in my reply above.

Here’s an incredible photo, but tread carefully, it comes with an “R” rating! Perhaps this was the playful and happy Adam that kradamour mentioned above!

That’ll wake you up in the morning! He’s looking down as if to say “I even amaze myself”.

OMG..I had only 3 min. to venture here, and then off to the RW.
Oh baebae, I just happen to click your post here, just because it’s you, and I needed to wake up, seriously!
Oh Lordy, is that ever a view!
This photo speaks words, even though it doesn’t speak???
This picture will be in my head all day!

Are you kidding? I have cats’ eyes. You wouldn’t believe what I can see. :)

  178. We’ve only been home about an hour – 5 hours one way and got my granddaughter back with a minute to spare for her college class today. Serious driving at some serious speeds but all was worth seeing that concert! “Soaked” has been my favorite since it was leaked before his album came out. It still is. Was thrilled that the audience stayed quiet for the song. Didn’t care for his encore but that was the only negative the entire night. Would have liked to have gotten an autograph but had no info about the before or after scenario. Tried to get some info here but no one was sharing. No matter. Eventually, will happen. Was the best concert I’ve ever attended and I’ve been to many. Adam is the best and will continue to be.

Damn. First row seats should definately come with a warning label. Safety first and all. If that zipper blows, there’s going to be injuries.

Are we still signing up for jobs? I’ll pass out the safety glam glasses to the front row during the International leg. Hell, better go first two rows…better safe than sorry.

If that zipper fails, that won’t be all that get’s blown!

this is a very VERY close video of Strut – Atlanta
    front row view =)=)
    omg

    ok, back to work

    sorry if it was posted

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lk79VV60S9o

If I got lucky enough to be THAT close to him while he is performing, I would be lucky if I remembered to breathe, videoing is not even a option. lol WOW o_o

  181. this is a very VERY close video of Strut – Atlanta
    front row view =)=)

I always said Strut wasn’t my favorite but I may have just changed my mind.

  182. That’s gotta be a whole new routine in Strut, right? :D I have to stop peeking in from work. You guys are brutal. I’d better go turn on the a/c.

  183. LP is doing a ustream. He said he was going to be back. Wonder for when? Maybe for the international gigs??

  184. Apparently Adam has sold out his New Zealand show. The venue seats 5,000 I believe. :-)

Wow, that’s great, I wish they had found some venues in Germany and Australia that had 5,000 seats for Adam’s concerts. When did the tickets go on sale?

  186. My, my, that Strut video! I was so concerned about that open button/snap on his vest, as I’m sure all of you were :o :)

Still debating about Puyallup. Who from here is going to the show? Who wants to see my favorite animals with me (goaties, of course!) Anyone up for a close seat (3rd or 4th row) from StubHub, if I buy 2? Single seats further back, but if I’m going to this show, I want to be as close up as I can afford. I would fly in late Mon night, leave Wed afternoon. Might do rental car/hotel near venue, but haven’t looked those up yet.

  187. Wow, that’s great, I wish they had found some venues in Germany and Australia that had 5,000 seats for Adam’s concerts. When did the tickets go on sale?

    They went on sale Monday.

  188. 5,000 sold out. So wonderful. The world is beginning to recognize the uniqueness of this incredible performer.

  189. GOATIEGARDEN:

If you want a 19th row seat for Puyallup, I’ll give it to you! Have been trying to sell but hard to offload only one seat. Let me know ASAP because I’m leaving California Friday at 6AM to drive to Vancouver to visit friends.

I’m really serious. 19th row is not bad, especially if it’s FREE.

  190. Reese: Thank you for the ticket offer, but I plan to go for 3rd, 4th or 5th row. Yes, totally spoiled and my bank account is suffering, but I really love being as close up as I can. Are you going to the concert?

  191. The September 14 “Washington Post” article by Tom Shales on the VMA’s is well worth reading. Maybe thirty minutes of talent in three hours. Ends with “recalling Gore Vidal’s immortal prognosis, ‘Having no talent is no longer enough.'”

  192. 5,000 sold out. So wonderful. The world is beginning to recognize the uniqueness of this incredible performer.

It seems like they released more tickets for the New Zealand concert. I was just on their website and there are now some side section seats available – it’s close to being sold out though and in only 3 days! can’t always believe twitter…;-)
So far, there are 31 international concerts in 17 countries. Adam and his Glam family are going to be exhausted by the time the tour wraps up in London at the end of November.

  193. Hmm…looking at StubHub Puyallup tickets. Is somebody serious when they post 10th row tickets for $5999? Seriously?? I really hope that was a typo of some sort.

  194. Lorismile: I always said Strut wasn’t my favorite but I may have just changed my mind.

LOL! I do believe it’s my current favorite. Love those up close and personal vids. Wow.

  195. Hey Goatie…go already! Just book the flight/car/hotel and go and worry about tickets later. It seems you can usually get tickets in the first five rows at the last minute, and the price usually drops dramatically. Don’t forget your adorable new purse!

Are you going to the concert?

goatiegarden, there are a few people from here going to the Puyallup concert – cwm & daughter, smeggs, me (AL Lurker), arrrvee and Reese. There may be others too.
cwm is returning home that evening. smeggs too. I’m staying at a hotel in Seattle because I have business meetings the next day in the city and am carpooling with smeggs. Not sure what the others are doing as far as accommodations.

  197. Goatiegarden

Hope you find the ticket you want for Puyallup. I will be driving up from Vancouver the day of the concert, and then going back afterwards. Is there someplace all of you mj’ers are going to meet up?
