Adam Lambert and Christina Aguilera Join Forces on ‘Lady Marmalade’ for New York Pride

Adam Lambert fulfilled a dream Sunday night (June 25) as he duetted with one of his favorite artists, Christina Aguilera during her New York Pride performance.

The American Idol alum and Queen frontman took to social media to gush over the experience. “Who knew that a friendly ‘have a great show’ text would turn into an invitation to perform with the iconic diva Xtina?!” Adam captioned a video of the two singing “Lady Marmalade.” “Like many of you know, I’ve been a stan for her since like…. ‘2000!!! I learned how to truly wail listening to her. Thank you Xtina for this surreal moment to celebrate NY Pride!!! I adore you!”
